Looking for lodging near Windham Mountain? The Haüs Windham is a boutique hotel with 11 suites, including two mirrored glass cabins, on a private 17-acre estate at 218 NY Route 296 in Windham, NY. The Windham Mountain lifts are about 3 minutes away by car, Hunter Mountain is about 12 minutes away, and Manhattan is about two and a half hours away.
We are not a ski-in, ski-out property. In exchange for a short drive you get a quiet estate, a fireplace in every suite except the two cabins, and shared amenities to come back to after the last run.
Ski Lodging by Group Size
For two: mirrored glass cabins or a duplex suite
Each glass cabin is about 250 square feet with a queen bed, radiant heated tile floors, a kitchenette and a private propane fire pit. If you want more room, the Adams and Monroe duplex suites have a king bed, gas fireplace, kitchenette, in-suite Jacuzzi tub and steam shower.
For families: Jefferson and Franklin
Both have a full kitchen and a fireplace, so breakfast before first chair and dinner after the mountain stay simple. Franklin adds a second bedroom and a second bathroom.
For ski groups: Washington, Revere and the Private 5-Bedroom Chalet

Windham Mountain, now branded Windham Mountain Club, has 54 trails across 285 skiable acres, a 1,600 foot vertical drop and night skiing on select evenings. Skiing Midweek
Our Midweek Mountain Escape takes 10% off two weeknights, or makes the third night half off when you stay three. It applies Sunday to Thursday nights for stays through April 15, 2027, when you book direct at least 7 days before arrival. It is not available over holiday periods and the chalet is excluded.

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in at 3:30 PM ($19.99) or 3:00 PM ($39.99) can be added through the guest portal.
